I am a licensed therapist located in Chicago. I have been in the field for almost a decade and truly cherish this work. My practice focuses on individuals, couples and families who are recovering from addiction and trauma/complex trauma. I also have a special interest in working with new parents and professionals navigating high stress careers.

I have had the honor of walking with people down their path of transformation and witnessing the hard work it takes to build awareness of their inherent resilience. Clients describe me as compassionate and warm, and also someone who won't let them get away with not working.
